	FAQs	Our frequently asked questions will answer many of the most commonly asked questions. If your answer is not there, please add a comment in the system.
	Help System	The help system is broken down into the different main areas of the project management software for your convenience.
	Trouble Ticket	Please review our frequently asked questions and help system prior to submitting a trouble ticket. If creating a trouble ticket please include the address of the installation you have a question about.
	Email Support	While e-mail is not the best method because there is no record of it we do provide e-mail support when appropriate.
	Telephone Support	Yes, it's true! Telephone support is available. We do ask however that you use our FAQ, Help System and Trouble Ticket system when possible and use this feature only when necessary so that we can continue to offer this service. (949) 215-9194 (Option 2)
