The active flag stipulates whether or not the project is Active or Archived.

• Ticked on and the project is active. Tasks from this project will automatically be included in all todo and today listings.
• If turned off (ticked off) then the project is regarded as archived and tasks will only be shown if the option is selected at the top of the today and todo listings.

To access the active flag:

• Click on the "Projects" file menu item
  
• Click on a Project Name link to open the project
• Click the "Edit This Project" link
• You should now see a check box allowing you to check mark "Active" on or off.
