Start Date: Date & Time that the task should commence

Finish Date: Date & Time that the task should be completed.

Expected Duration: How much time the task should take. This field can be set to hours or days.

Calculate: Optional feature to generate the duration based on the values of other fields.

• Duration: By clicking on "Duration" the expected duration field will be adjusted automatically based on the start date/ time and the end date / time  that has been already set. This calculation takes into consideration the daily working hours and the working days that have been set in the System admin. These values are noted on the screen to the right of the Finish Date.
• Finish Date: By clicking "Finish Date" the finish date field will be adjusted automatically based on the value that you previously entered into the "Expected Duration" field. This calculation takes into consideration the daily working hours and the working days that have been set in the System admin. These values are noted on the screen to the right of the Finish Date button.

Daily Working Hours: The number of hours that your company works in a given day. This value adjustable in the System Admin under "System Configuration".

Working Days: The number of hours that your company works in a given day. This value adjustable in the System Admin under "System Configuration".
