Welcome to Smooth Projects
There a three main navigation areas that you should be familiar with:
Note: The software hosted by Smooth Projects uses text links more often than buttons because they are more efficient and faster to load.
Text link characters in the Modern theme are in blue and when clicked, will take you to the corresponding area of the program.
Program Navigation
There a three main navigation areas that you should be familiar with:- Main Menu: Use the main menu to navigate to the main areas of the program.
- Sub Menus: The sub menu system shows supporting buttons & links for the main menu item you have selected. In the example above, the “Projects” main menu item has been selected. In the sub menu, you are shown links that allow you to create a new project, switch views to a tabbed or flat view, filter the projects by the companies assigned to them, and edit or filter the items in the current module you have selected. Sub menu items will change depending on the main area you have selected.
- Tabbed Menus: This is a series of tabs that give access to further features for the module you have selected. Tabs can be located anywhere in the content area depending on the section of the program you are in.
