The Project Statuses have been created to span multiple industries and use a logical progression.
Some of the statuses are used simply as containers for projects and a few that are treated differently by the program itself.
The statuses in red below are handled uniquely by the project software and should not be changed or edited in the system admin.

• All Projects:  This selection will show all projects at every status including archived.
• Proposed:
  
• In Planning:
• In Progress: An In Progress or active project doesn't show the finish date, and doesn't allow update of the status from the listing.
• On Hold:
• Complete:
• Template:
• Archived: You can move a project to Archived by simply unchecking the "Active" check box under "Edit this Project"
  An archived project will not show up in Tasks, or any active areas of the program that users are interfacing with.
