How do I allow someone or a guest to view projects but not edit anything?

If you have not edited or deleted the "Guest" Role in the System Admin we have a short cut for this.

Got to "User Admin"
Create a new User.
Click on the "Roles" tab.
From the "Add Role" drop down select "Guest"
Click the "Add" button.

Forward the user name and password to the new user and when they log-in they will will be able to view all of the non-admin areas and projects but they will not be able to edit anything.
